WHAT AND WHEN

The Alberta Health Services (“AHS”) Public Health Nurse (Wendy) will be facilitating a COVID-19 vaccination clinic during office hours on:

Tuesday, August 31

11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

At the Conklin Multiplex

DROP-IN ONLY

Residents may drop-in during the office hours of 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

ELIGIBILITY

AHS is offering the mRNA vaccine for ages 12 and up. Any child who turns 12 years old within this calendar year are eligible to receive the Pfizer vaccine.

WHICH VACCINE IS BEING OFFERED

Both mRNA vaccines (Pfizer and Moderna) will be available for first or second doses. Pfizer will be administered for ages 12 to 17.
