Through a grant funding opportunity between Chard Métis Nation and the Province of Alberta, Chard Métis Nation will be extending its medical care services to Conklin, which will include dental, vision and foot care!
Starting this Spring, CRDAC’s Community Support Worker, Shawna Tremblay, will be booking appointments for Conklin residents.
The Foot Care Nurse will work out of the Conklin Multiplex, and Vision and Dental care will be provided from a medical van.
Contact Shawna Tremblay at (587) 800-5900 or support@crdac.ca to book your appointment!
