The CRDAC Board and Administration is pleased to welcome Paul Chaulk as our new Housing Operations Manager. Paul has a long history of looking after facilities and housing specifically working with Indigenous and Metis settlements in the region.
His experience includes working as a Senior Director of Facilities at Northern Lakes College and Manager at the Nunavut Housing Corporation. Paul has a working knowledge with policies, processes, procedures that are specific to housing, tenant relations, housing construction and was even a recipient of the Excellence in Aboriginal Housing Design from Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation.
Paul values the importance of community and building relationships and has been a strong advocate for housing and Indigenous communities throughout his employment.
