Please join the CRDAC in welcoming Heather Yarbrough as our new staff accountant. Heather brings incredible experience and will be a huge benefit to Conklin. Originally from Texas, Heather has lived all around the US and Canada, finally settling in Edmonton. A person of many skills, Heather got degrees in Biochemistry and Microbiology. But then she pivoted, and with a new degree in Accounting and qualification as a Certified Management Accountant she worked with a range of businesses and not-for-profits including helping youth acquire life skills. Most recently, Heather did accounting for the Oilers Entertainment Group (GO OILERS!). Heather’s passion to give back and work with not-for-profit organizations combined with her management accounting skills are perfect fit for CRDAC. Heather has been given a strong mandate to ensure that CRDAC’s finances, processes and procedures are second to none, transparent and accountable to our partners and our community. Welcome Heather!
