The CRDAC Board and Administration is pleased to welcome a new member of our team! Our own Gwen Letendre has accepted the position of Community Housing Liaison. In that role, Gwen will provide much needed support to the housing program including communications, resource coordination, outreach, housing administration, documentation and record keeping.
Most of you will know Gwen. While born in Fort McMurray and educated in Edmonton, Gwen has been a long-time resident of Conklin with her family (11 grandkids!). Gwen studied business administration and leveraged that into a career of administration work for a variety of firms – including her family’s onsite maintenance business. An active member of our community, Gwen has volunteered on a range of important programs and events and also served on the CCA. When we spoke to Gwen about the importance of this job, she commented, “I’m impressed with the CRDAC, what they do, and their morals. I’m just so thrilled to be part of getting people I know settled into homes. I want to see the smiles on the faces of my friends.”
