Scientific Community Involvement
The CRDAC, through Higher Ground Consulting, is working with Alberta Environment and Parks and Environment and Climate Change Canada to understand the impact of oil projects on the region’s wetlands and surface water bodies.
We are looking for two community members to join us that want to learn how to take water quality samples and water quantity measurements.
We will provide transportation from the Conklin Multiplex parking lot to the wetland sites.
Participants will receive full day honorarium for approximately 8-12 hour days of work and learning. Lunch will also be provided.
