ATTENTION RESIDENTS
159 Pine Lane Subdivision
H. Wilson Industries (2010) Ltd. is working with the CRDAC and Associated Engineering to develop 159 Pine Lane. The construction has started and is expected to be ongoing until the end of July 2023.
H. Wilson Industries (2010) Ltd. will be closing the road in front of 159 Pine Lane starting July 4, 2023 to facilitate the water connection. We anticipate this section of road will be closed for one (1) week.
The water connection will require the water main in front of 159 Pine Lane to be isolated (shut off). We are anticipating only a select few residences will be affected by the water shut down. Residence not connected to the municipal water services on pine lane will not be affected by the water shutdown.

DETOUR
Any residents south of 159 Pine Lane, please use Poplar Drive to Northland Drive. Any residences west of 159 Pine Lane, please use Pine Lane to Northland Drive.
GARBAGE PICK-UP
There should be no change in the regular garbage collection due to this project.
