Free Punch Passes Update
As most of you know, the CRDAC offers FREE punch passes at the Conklin Multiplex for all CRDAC members. It is a way to give back to our members and enjoy the facility, its gymnasium, and fitness center – at no cost.
To help streamline the process, we are making an improvement to the intake/application process. We are kindly asking our CRDAC members to complete a consent form of release of information to allow the staff at RRCWB verify your CRDAC membership status right at the front desk, versus completion of an application each year, and RRCWB can report back on the purchases on a periodic basis to CRDAC.
