CRDAC is seeking seven individuals from within our membership, as well as one youth representative, to serve on the Conklin Culture Harvest Camp Committee. Committee members will support the planning and facilitation of this year’s Culture Harvest Camp.
Purpose
The purpose of the Culture Harvest Camp is to ensure the community of Conklin is maintaining its culture and heritage alive and well – a way where we can pass on our cherished traditional knowledge onto our youths and families. The CRDAC recognizes that this event is one of the most important events for Conklin and thus it is important that not only do we rely on community volunteers to ensure true success, but also on your valued input in any areas of improvement to enhance the overall experience.
Requirements
All participants must be an active member of the CRDAC with the exception of the youth member. The youth must be between the ages of 16 and 25 years and a resident of Conklin. The term shall conclude after the final Camp of the year is completed. Please note that this is a volunteer Committee and no compensation of service will be offered.
