Casual Labourers Needed for Construction Work

Attention Conklin

The CRDAC will begin constructing stairs and skirting for housing projects in Conklin and we are looking to hire two (2) casual labourers to assist a Master Carpenter with the following:

  • loading and unloading lumber and materials; and
  • measuring and cutting lumber and materials.

The casual labourers will be required to:

  • use power tools and hand tools; and
  • have the ability to lift 40-50 lbs.

The work will be based out of the shop at 159 Pine Lane, now Jack Pine Place, where cutting and assembly will occur. Installation will take place at different lots within Conklin.

The CRDAC will be utilizing our current casual labour list, so if you have previously filled out an application, we have your name and contact. Compensation

Our casual labour rate is $20.00 per hour with a minimum of two (2) hours paid. Supplies and any equipment needed to perform the job, will be provided.
