WB Housing Rent Subsidy Application and Information Session

Attention Conklin Residents and Future CRDAC Tenants!

Did you know there is a rent supplement program offered through Wood Buffalo Housing and you could qualify for rent assistance? We invite you to join us to learn more about the program and get assistance in the application process!

This program, offered by Wood Buffalo Housing, provides two types of benefits either temporary assistance or a longer term benefit that helps subsidize Albertans with lower income. Please join us on November 18 to learn more about the program or to get assistance with your application with Wood Buffalo Housing officials. There will be a few laptops and representatives there to assist you or to answer any questions.

Before you go…

Before you go, you will need the following to apply:

• Photo IDs for all applicants 18 years or older
• Status in Canada – Birth Certificate, Passport, Permanent Residency or Status Card
• Alberta Health Cards or Birth Certificates for all minor children on the application
• Current year (2023) Notice of Assessment for everyone over the age of 22
• 90 days bank statements for all accounts, including investments with account holders name indicated
• Current income information
• Lease Agreement (if applicable)
