WHAT AND WHEN

The Alberta Health Services (“AHS”) will be facilitating a COVID-19 testing clinic during office hours on:

Tuesday, September 14, 2021
11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
At the Conklin Multiplex
BY APPPOINTMENT ONLY

You can either book your COVID-19 Test online or call the Health Link at 811.

ELIGIBILITY

Residents who are showing symptoms of COVID-19 or who are linked to a known outbreak, whether symptomatic or not, should get tested. Anyone who has symptoms is legally required to isolate and should be tested for COVID-19.
