OVERVIEW
The Public Health Nurse visits occur twice per month at the Conklin Multiplex throughout the year, see the schedule below.
Public Health Nurse Services
- Well Child Services
- Support for families with infants
- Support for families with infants
- Breastfeeding support
- Child and adult immunizations
- Health teaching and advice
- Disease control and follow-up
- School immunizations
- Take home Naloxone kits
- Seasonal influenza immunization
The Public Health Nurse will be available between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. on the following dates:
September 20th, October 4th & 18th, November 1st, 8th, 22nd
December 6th & 20th
Please call (780) 793-7363 for more information or to book an appointment with Wendy, the Public Health Nurse. Walk-ins will also be accepted on these dates.
COVID-19 Vaccination and Testing Clinics announced prior to dates.
